Vibration Certification (Emerson Course)

Through our partnership with Emerson as an Impact Partner, NECI can offer Emerson’s Basic Vibration Analysis/Category I Compliant course (#2031, 2.8 CEUs). This course presents a number of valuable concepts, including operating single channel machinery analyzers, dumping and loading routes, identifying good and bad data, and comparing vibration measurements against pre-established alert settings.
NECI uses proven techniques to PM development and failure-based techniques for helping you to integrate predictive maintenance technologies.

DesCase Lubrication Seminars

DesCase and NECI partner to offer three-day machinery lubrication training. This intensive course offers both theory and hands-on instruction, to ensure you have what you need to maintain a high-caliber reliability program. DesCase lubrication seminars are available at the Des-Case facility in Knoxville, TN or onsite at your facility.
These sessions, conducted by an experienced NECI reliability engineer, are highly focused and deliver the right training to the right person, so your team can be highly effective at keeping your reliability program operating at peak levels.

Reliability Consulting

NECI partners with Emerson Reliability Consulting to help clients start a new predictive maintenance program or enhance an existing program. We start with a strategy session to understand your current strategy and resource allocation. Then, we define the scope to develop a 100% PdM baseline model, which will allow us to compare actual coverage, desired coverage, and top-quartile performance benchmarking coverage. We’ll also help you identify the most likely functional failures, and their root cause and consequences. Finally, we’ll help you evaluate the program to determine if there is any corrective work necessary, and if it is being properly performed.
