NECI is an employee-owned company, and we believe this is one of our greatest strengths as an organization. As employee-owners, all of our employees have a stake in the success of our business. With the NECI Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), we offer a contribution-based retirement plan that invests in common company stock. These shares are held in the ESOP trust until the employee leaves the company – either by moving on to another organization or retiring. At that point, NECI buys the shares back.
