She started as a sales engineer before moving on to becoming an Account Manager. She was then promoted to Strategic Account Director, before becoming Executive Vice President. She has enjoyed successful partnerships with clients throughout her career before eventually being named as President and CEO of NECI. In the past year, Jenn and her team helped develop the COVID-19 vaccine from a generic sequence to a manufactured product in record time through digital process manufacturing tools and services.

Jenn started her career in the early biotech industry and has nurtured her craft and passion for delivering therapies as an impactful mission to save lives. She has since focused on helping new emerging biotech modalities, such as cell and gene therapy and mRNA.
